Bespoke Products
The items on sale are made with great care and attention to detail with all elements combining to create a visually pleasing but practical and useful item.
The creations shown are "one offs" and will generally not be repeated and bespoke commissions can usually be made in any colour, exactly to the client’s requirements in terms of size, fabric, decoration, attachment etc. Custom built orders with creative ideas from customers are welcomed and encouraged. The prices of all bespoke items may vary from those prices shown for a similar accessory in the shop. Please contact us by email or telephone to discuss your requirements.
Coming Events
In addition to displaying items on this website, we attend craft markets in the UK throughout the year. The dates and venues will be shown when they have been confirmed.
Payments
Payment is through PayPal using a debit/credit card. Simply proceed to our online checkout and follow the instructions on screen.
Payment for bespoke commissions will be through a cheque or other mutually agreed method.
Delivery
The cost of delivery for mainland UK addresses is £5.
If you would like an enhanced delivery service (including recorded delivery or next day delivery) please contact us before placing your order.
For overseas delivery charges please contact us before placing any order.
Returns & Exchanges
Each product is made individually and with great care and we hope you are happy with it. If for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will either exchange your product or refund your payment – subject to the product being returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days. This does not apply to items that have been made to your specification or are clearly personalised.
We cannot be responsible for return postage. Please ensure you receive proof of purchase when posting goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Measurements & Colours
The measurements shown for items in the store are as accurate as we can make them but should not be taken as precise dimensions. Measurements for bags are shown as (W by H by D) where W is the width measured at the widest point, H is the height of the bag excluding any handles and D is the depth at the thickest point of the bag. Dimensions of scarves and wraps are shown length by width. The size of hats are shown in the relevant head size and fascinators by the method of head attachment.
